Princeton Air Conditioning, Inc., has been family-managed for over 43 years by Joe Needham and son Scott Needham. Today they have nearly 50 employees who are highly trained in customer service and the latest equipment technologies. Princeton is a responsive organization that focuses on taking care of all your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs – maintenance, repairs, and new equipment installations – as well as other important needs such as insulation, air sealing, geothermal, and solar solutions in central NJ and southeastern PA.

The Challenge:

Princeton Air is well known in the community for their quality work and dedication to the customer, but they needed a website that represented them as professionally as they represent themselves. The challenge was to create a seamless online experience for customers to learn as well as convert.

Princeton Air’s website is now set up with the user in mind. The community based content lets visitors understand the benefits of Princeton Air’s services. The specific calls to action, in-depth knowledge base and customer reviews on each page create a feeling of trust between the customer and Princeton Air. The website is also set up to track where leads are coming from, giving Princeton Air a clear idea of what marketing efforts are successful.
